Nutrition

Your app will have personalised targets on calories and nutrients, depending on your goals and characteristics.

You’ll have two options:

- get 7 different menus on your SabbaiFit app, one for each day of the week, with easy recipes to follow. These will respect your daily targets. 

 

- choose to have only your assigned macros, and you can choose your own recipes and meals with the PDF guide.​

On your app, you’ll see your daily menus with a detailed breakdown of ingredients and quantities.  

Follow the portions and the meals, or add your own options. Just make sure to stay in the recommended values!
