How it works

Once your subscription is confirmed (form, initial progress pictures, and payment), I will contact you personally.

 

We’ll dive deeper into your habits and preferences through an online consultation, and within 3 days your fully customized nutrition and fitness program will be ready for you in the app.

What you get

  • Your individualised caloric and macro nutrient targets according to your characteristics and goals, uploaded on the app.

  • A full PERSONALISED 7-day menu with creative recipes that respect your caloric and macro nutrient targets.

  • Ingredients & nutritional composition of all recipes.

  • Edit quantities, scan items outside of your menu, add additional foods, track your calories, and reach your goals with ease!

  • A full 2-5 day training program (depending on your needs and goals), uploaded to your app.

  • Clear exercise demos with a video, details on reps, recovery time, muscles worked, recommended weights, and more.

  • A monthly checkup to track progress, discuss challenges, define new goals and adjust your plans. 

Each month, new recipes are uploaded to your menus to increase variety and diversity, always respecting your macro and calorie targets. Every 4 or 8 weeks, your training block evolves. 

Nutrition

Your FOOD app will include a 7-day menu (Monday to Sunday, repeated each week of the month).

 

For more variety, you will be able to use the tools I give you to switch out foods, find equivalent options, and respect your targets for the full month.

 

This ensures balance and flexibility without endless menu creation (reserved for the Premium program).

 

Each menu is built around your calorie and macronutrient needs, personal preferences, and the ideal distribution we set together during your initial interview.

Training

Your training program will be fully adapted to your reality—taking into account any injuries, your current level, the equipment you have access to, how many days per week you can train, your schedule, and even your exercise preferences.

 

It will be uploaded directly to your app for easy access and adherence.

 

Based on your progress, consistency, and evolving goals, the program will be updated every 4 or 8 weeks to ensure you keep moving forward without plateauing.

Support

At the end of each month, we’ll review your progress through a detailed questionnaire and updated photos, then set precise next steps to keep you advancing.

 

You’ll also receive tailored tips, practical advice, food substitution lists, and nutrition strategies designed around your primary goal.
